Hello To My Corset

Here's my corset!I made the smallest size, and only needed less than 2 balls of Trinity. I'm very happy with the result. Trinity knits up so soft and it is unbelievable light. It feels really good on the skin. At first, I was a little skeptical with this yarn. But now I think I'm going to make another corset since I have another pack of Trinity Hibicus in my stash.

Well, about the pattern, I was really intimidated at first after receiving so many emails from the yahoo group. I didn't exactly have much problems with it, but it was a little difficult to interpret at times, especially the written instructions. But after so many rounds of screw ups. I learned my lesson. I marked down every single row to remind myself about the button holes. I'm a forgetful knitter, what can I say.

Pattern from : Annie Modesitt
Yarn : Jaeger Trinity in Flamenco
Needles : 4.25mm bamboo circulars

p/s: Thanks for everyone nice comments on the shrug. And also not forgeting to thank Mona and lois for helping me with the corset's instructions. Cheers girls!

beautiful fit ~ what size did you make? i heard that annie just came out with smaller sizes and i keep reading questions about the fit of the corset. in your opinion, does it have much give?

the color is outstanding - and only two balls, that's amazing. gorgeous gorgeous knit!

The corset looks fabulous on you. I must admit, I hadn't seen any that made me want to knit this. But yours is making me reconsider.
