Taking Things Slow

Thank you very much for your comments on my capelet. They are great encouragements to me and for all my first time readers, Thanks again for stopping by. For the past few days, I didn't have much knitting time, so there's not much to post knit wise. But I did score two knitting books and a bunch of wool from Michaels. I don't have any patterns in mind for all these yarns just yet. I guess I went a little crazy coz it was on sale. Some yarn was like half off after discount. How can't I walked out of the store empty handed.

Knitting updates:
Lace leace scaft - finished the first part and put on holder, started second part and two more balls to go.
Lacey cardi - need to swatch by this weekend.
Lothruin shrug - I really want to knit this DB's bolero look alike shrug. I might try cast on this coming weekend with some varigated Tahki Thick & Thin.

Okay, I got some snap shots of Knitscene. If you are interested, here's the link to download some free patterns. Enjoy!
