Tuesday

Spring Knitty is finally out. Have you seen it yet? To be honest, I'm kinda disapointed with this issue. The only pattern that I really like is Reid. Hedera is very pretty but look kinda complicated for beginner sock knitter like me. What about you? Find anything appealing?

Anyways, here's my swatch for the Peacock Feather Shawl. I'm using zephyr in teal that I posted couple weeks ago. I'm itching to cast on but I'm hoping to finish either the cable sweater or cressida before tackle another huge project. So tentatively, I'll probbaly start sometime beginning of May. If anyone interested to join me, we could do a little mini KAL.

The Spring Knitty wasn't as exciting a I had hoped, but I do like Reid, too. I kind of like Anatolia as well, but with different colors and without the symbols on the chest.

Your swatch looks lovely, the shawl will be beautiful.

It's a nice pattern and I like the soft peacock blue you have chosen. It will be a beautiful shawl.
I've never knitted a shawl before; otherwise,i would join you! Need to start with an easy one.
